We are working with the Fitchburg Housing Authority in providing full architectural and engineering services for comprehensive building envelope upgrades and lighting upgrades. Funded by DHCD and Comprehensive Sustainability Initiative (CSI) grant with the goal to achieve the maximum energy conservation and to have the maximum emission reductions possible within the defined budget.
