The development was built in the early 1980s an entire set of 16 sites with (32) units belonging to the Worcester Housing Authority distributed in a cluster of infill sites within the city. All are receiving a diverse range of upgrades to qualify for “Federalization”, or a refinancing of their current funding status. The scope includes envelope and roof repairs, site work, energy-efficient boiler replacements, ADA upgrades, bath and kitchen rehabilitation and new finishes for these homes to see another 40 years of service for Worcester’s citizens.
