This project involves the exterior envelope repairs, component replacement, and historic restorations of the Engine 5 Fire Station for the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department. It includes the restoration of the exterior envelope & windows to restore the historic character while resolving infiltration and site drainage issues. New dual high-efficiency boiler integrated into existing radiation.
