The Lowell Housing Authority has been awarded MTI capital grant for design and construction of various improvements to Dublin Street Housing Development. The development consists of The (10) 2 story, multi-family row homes including 1 accessible unit. All units will receive upgrades include but are not limited to, site work, kitchen and bath upgrades, HCP Accessible Unit / ADA compliance upgrade, and envelope repair.
