Completion

1999: Feasibility Study
2003: Phase-1 Upgrades

This feasibility study for adaptive reuse consisted of a life safety and fire protection review, historic structural analysis, zoning review, code compliance and accessibility upgrades to a historic mill building. In keeping with the historic industrial function of the mill as a textile and cable manufacturing facility, the building is to be converted into a multi-tenant complex for small industries and workshops.

Next Phase Studios performed Phase-1 redevelopment leadership for the mixed-use complex including all code, egress, structural, and core upgrades as well as space planning for Phase-1 tenancies ranging from R&D to office to indoor batting and training facilities.
