A new center that provides space for offices, community meetings, classroom, and family spaces for the Native Land Conservancy who work for local indigenous people’s land and cultural preservation and advancement. It is planned the facility will meet the rigorous ILFI Living Building Challenge Zero Energy standard.  The project includes an onsite Steward’s residence, the removal of invasive species, and the restoration of the original native plantings and indigenous land use practices. This will involve regionally sourced and non-toxic materials, net zero energy with no onsite combustion and insightful design to integrate the facility into the surroundings.
