An existing historic industrial building with significant rehab and rebranding for office and research spaces. Complete interior gut renovation and fit-out included open new stair and elevator core, new egress stair, bathrooms, kitchenette, and conference rooms. Interior spaces continue to preserve the industrial qualities revealing the brick & wooden beam construction.
