JUST label is created by the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) Living Future Challenge – “The Living Building Challenge is the most rigorous benchmark of sustainability in the built environment. It is the gold standard against which all others are measured.” – ILFI Living Buildings are regenerative buildings that connect occupants to light, air, food, nature and community.
JUST label social justice and equity indicators are: Diversity, Equity, Safety, Worker Benefit, Local Benefit and Stewardship.Next Phase Studios plans to use the JUST label management tool to redefine human resource policies, programs and practices and continue the process of building a culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion.
